Invited by Ancona Council, that co-signs the event, Bjcem is extending Mediterranea 16, the 16th edition of the Young Artists Biennial, until September 1st, 2013 (included) in the enchanting frame of Mole Vanvitelliana, the former Lazzaretto of the city.
The exhibition, collecting works from European, Middle Eastern and North African artists, will live together with the Festival Adriatico Mediterraneo, from August 24th to September 1st.
Mediterranea 16 opening hours will be from Friday to Sunday from 6 pm to 10 pm. During the Festival Adriatico Mediterraneo, from August 24th to September 1st, the Biennial will be open also from Monday to Thursday.
The art lovers and the tourists visiting Ancona who had not yet found the time to visit the show, on free entrance, will so have the full summer, until Sunday September 1st, to meet the styles, the stories and the creations of 220 artists and performers (dancers, actors, musicians and visual artists under 35), and to discover their 140 art pieces in the halls of the Mole.
